I am in NJ. I am extremely interested in your birddog program, but I am not sure how to find buyers in your area. Any suggestions?

Hey Brenda - We dont actually need people to find buyers here in our area - what you want to to di is find them in YOUR area. Buyer investors from the east coast will LOVE the returns our properties produce! So promote them at your local REI groups or anywhere else you network!

Rene here, I was wandering are you getting good results from California investors ? California has a large percents of investors.

Hi Rene, We have lots of people promoting our properties to Ca. investors. Funny, they seem to not believe our returns are real simply because nothing like them can be found on the west coast (or east coast for that matter). But I can assure you the numbers on our turnkey properties as shown on the PDF attachments for each are REAL. We can produce any documents necessary. And with a one year rental guarantee its pretty hard to go wrong! So if you have investors or attend Ca. REI groups you can print the PDF flyers right from the turnkey page and present them. Just keep us informed via email if you have an interested buyer so we can keep you connected for that 2k fee if they close a deal!
